We take the protection of our clients’ and prospective clients’ personal data very seriously. This privacy policy informs you about the type, scope, and purposes of the collection and processing of your personal data.

2. What Are Personal Data?

Personal data are any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (such as name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, etc.).

3. Which Personal Data Do We Process and Where Do We Obtain Them From?

We process the personal data that we receive from you in the course of our business relationship. These personal data include the following information that we receive directly from you:

  • Personal details (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, etc.)

4. For What Purposes and on What Legal Basis Do We Process Your Data?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To carry out pre-contractual measures or fulfill our contractual obligations (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) within the scope of our business relationship;
  • Based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), if you have given us such consent;
  • On the basis of legitimate interests, for example, processing personal data for direct marketing purposes;
  • Zur Erfüllung unserer gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen (Art 6 Abs 1 lit c DSGVO).

The processing of your data serves the initiation and performance of our business relationship or the execution of the respective contract or engagement.

If processing requires your consent, we will obtain it. Consents are always voluntary. If you have given us your consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, processing will take place based on that consent and within the scope defined therein.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, either in writing or by email to office@ra-weisser.at. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

You are not obliged to grant consent for the processing of data that are not relevant or necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or engagement.

5. Are You Required to Provide Your Personal Data? What Happens If You Do Not?

We rely on your personal data for establishing and maintaining our business relationship.
If you do not provide the necessary data, we may generally be unable to conclude a contract or perform an existing one, and may therefore be required to terminate the business relationship.
