Consumer Dispute Resolution

In accordance with § 19 (1) of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (AStG), we point out that the Agency for Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (www.verbraucherschlichtung.at) has been established as a general dispute resolution body and also covers lawyers.
Participation in consumer dispute resolution is voluntary and not mandatory.
Furthermore, pursuant to the EU Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters, we refer to the OS platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
